If you are tired of hypocrisy, now is your chance to make a difference. If you believe that everyone should be subject to the same laws and not just an isolated few, now is your chance to speak up. If you are tired of turning a blind eye to injustices, and want to say "NO MORE", today can be a new beginning for you.
On Thursday April 29, 2010 on The Cowhead Show, broadcast on 102.5 The Bone from Tampa Bay Florida, Kia Stevens, a professional wrestler who was most recently employed by TNA Entertainment, Llc. as "Awesome Kong", personally revealed her direct involvement in a crime. She admitted to an unprovoked physical assault of Bubba the Love Sponge in January 2010.
I feel that the authorities in Florida should be made aware of this incident, and although Bubba the Love Sponge has repeatedly stated that he did not want to file a complaint against her, I do not believe it is his decision any longer.
If you are a resident of Florida, I am imploring you to contact the appropriate parties to have this matter investigated. Ms. Stevens has admitted to committing simple battery, which as described in Florida Statute 784 is to "unlawfully touch or strike another without consent".
Please contact the following parties, and let them know that you expect them to do their job, as a public servant, to enforce the law:
