Dear Mr. Lamar,


I am writing you in your capacity of State Attorney, and am requesting your assistance in dealing with something that I consider to be a great injustice.

On January 19, 2010 in Orlando Florida, Kia Stevens committed an act of battery as defined in Florida State Statutes, Chapter 784. This event occurred in Orlando, Florida while she and the victim were at Universal Studios Florida for a taping of a wrestling television show. Although both the assailant and the victim were employees of TNA Entertainment, Llc. in the capacity of performers, this attack was not within the scope of their duties and had nothing to do with their employment in a wrestling organization.

Ms. Stevens has publicly admitted to her actions, most recently while a guest on The Cowhead Show, a radio program broadcast on Tampa Bay's WHPT-FM, 102.5 The Bone. I have attached a partial transcript of said broadcast for your review.

I would appreciate your reply as confirmation that you have been made aware of this crime, and your assurance that you will fully investigate this matter and hold Ms. Stevens accountable for her actions.
